Here is a sample of our weekend programme to give you a flavour of what we do, but we would be delighted to adapt it to suit your individual requirements:

FRIDAY

5.30pm Enrolment

6.30pm Shared meal

7.30pm Introduction/Overview and first practical singing session

9.45pm Meditation

 

SATURDAY

7.30am Yoga

8.30am Breakfast

9.30am Physical then vocal warm up and singing session

11am Coffee

11.30am Singing session

1pm Lunch

2pm Energy session - experiential and discussion

3.30pm Tea and consultation

4pm - 6pm non-organised time and one to one sessions

6.30pm Supper

7.30pm Singing session

9.15pm Meditation

 

SUNDAY

7.30am Yoga

8.30am Breakfast

9.30am Physical then vocal warm up with massage and relaxation techniques, followed by singing session

11am Coffee

11.30am Challenging your fears - "Beating the self-sabotage gremlin"

1pm Lunch

2pm - 3pm Final singing session incorporating all skills

3pm Tea

3.30pm Short final performance

4.30pm Finish

 

During all the singing sessions Felicity and Gwen will work alongside Simon, observing, advising and interacting.
